Im using Adobe Premier, but I can’t quite get the movies to export without losing quality. Can someone please steer me in the right direction? Thanks!

I am trying to burn an iso to a dvd. but my destination drive only points to my cd rw drive. Does this mean I can’t write on dvds? My computer has 2 disk trays. one i use for cds and the other i use for movies.
