I have windows vista and i want to record a song for a video. I used sound recorder while playing the music but this did not record the song and just recorded static. How can i get to record a song on the computer?

Well, I have to assign keyboard shortcut that would paste some particular text anywhere.
I mean, there are about 20 phrases that i frequently use and i have to type them everytime. Can there be assigned macros for the job in windows vista?

I normally use my wireless Linksys router, but it often stops working for no reason. Is there a way I can hook my laptop into the phone line and access the Internet through that as an alternative?
